The Arc of Wake County's “Be a Winner!” Bowl-a-thon is a chance for you to enjoy bowling while raising funds to benefit The Arc of Wake County.
The 2007 “Be a Winner!” Bowl-a-thon will take place on Sunday, April 29, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., at AMF Capital Lanes, 1827 Capital Blvd., Raleigh (Inside 440 beltline). Bowler check-in begins at 1:00 p.m.; bowling starts at 1:30 p.m.
Pledge sheets and details will be sent to you when you register online. We ask that each bowler raise a minimum of $25 in pledges (in addition to registration fee). Ask relatives, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to sponsor you by pledging a per pin amount or a lump sum. Tell them what you expect your three-game total to be.
What Can I Win?
Prizes from local merchants will be awarded to: ¨ Top Scoring Bowler ¨ Top Ten Fundraising bowlers whose pledges are turned in by Monday, May 14, 2007¨ Door prizes donated by local merchants will be given away throughout the event.
